The location was easy to find, right on a main road with good signage. I appreciated the warm and comfortable atmosphere. The room had a brilliant shower and was kept immaculate, which really enhanced my stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety, especially the full English options that stood out. I experienced some noise disturbances at night due to the main road traffic, making it difficult to sleep at times. I wanted a quiet room but it seems like my request couldn't be accommodated. Despite the cleanliness, these issues did hinder the overall experience.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room and was amazed by how roomy it felt! The beautiful decor added a warm touch to our experience. Breakfast was a highlight with a wonderful variety that catered to all tastes, especially the full English option.

The breakfast was delicious, especially the full English, and the location allows for easy access to the city center via the nearby tram, which runs every 5 minutes.

Noisy main road.

Immaculately clean room with ample plug sockets and cheerful staff! The bar was open late which was a bonus after exploring. Breakfast options are numerous and delicious (definitely enjoy the cooked choices! ).

Comfortable stay with great amenities

I had a really pleasant time during my one-night stay. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfy. I slept like a baby! I appreciated the amenities like spare pillows, an iron with a board, and an assortment of teas and coffees available. The hotel is a short walk from a tram stop, making it easy to get into the city center, so I didn't have to worry about parking. Just a heads up, I didn’t have breakfast this time, but I'm looking forward to trying it on my next visit!

Upon arrival, a friendly lady at the reception provided all the info we needed and even booked us breakfast for the next morning, which was awesome. The lounge area was perfect for kicking back after a long day, and we really enjoyed the comfy beds in our room. Only downside was the WiFi wasn’t great, but didn’t ruin our stay at all—be sure to grab the English breakfast. it’s a winner! 😊
